Introduction to Relational Reflection for Supervisors
This in person workshop offered through Relate & Reflect in the "Skills for Relational Practice" training Series, includes:

theories of development and relational formulation from Cognitive Analytic Therapy

techniques to actively identify relational patterns emerging in practice during supervision

a mapping technique to visually and collaboratively explore relational experiences, and how these can impact presenting problems and solutions.

Working relationally with "stuckness", rupture & repair
This workshop in the "Skills for Relational Practice" training series offered by Relate and Reflect, includes:

relational theories, formulation and an approach to identify and address transference and counter-transference in practice and supervision

a mapping technique and skills to explore, reflect on and collaboratively share challenges in the working relationship, including 'stuckness', discomfort, repeated patterns, avoidance, rupture and relational repair.

Working relationally with complexity & trauma
This workshop in the "Skills for Relational Practice" training series offered by Relate and Reflect includes:

relational theories of development, attachment and trauma, from the integrated theories and evolving learnings of Cognitive Analytic Therapists

identifying, formulating and responding with a relational framework to developmental and complex trauma presentations

techniques to share relational awareness, build insight and intervene therapeutically.
