Meet Lenice

Clinical Supervisor, Reflective Practice Trainer

& Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Lenice is an established provider of clinical supervision, group work and reflective practice services. She has been a mental health social worker for over twenty years, working in the public and private sectors. Lenice is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for professional growth and practice development, offering individual as well as group supervision online or in workplaces. Her supervision style is person centred and collaborative. She seeks to get to know supervisees, tailoring sessions to where individuals and groups are at in their professional development journey, and in their practice contexts.
